Meet Alex
I live and work in London, where creativity and connection shape my everyday life. My work as a coach comes from years of helping people express themselves, find safety in who they are, and build lives that feel honest and whole.

Before becoming a coach, I studied Fine Arts at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, earning an Integrated Master in Visual and Applied Arts. Art was my first language. It has taught me to notice the complexity of the world, to make sense of experiences, and to find meaning where it might not be obvious. It shapes how I see people, challenges, and life itself and that way of seeing informs everything I do as a coach.

Coaching became the natural continuation of that work, another way to help people see clearly and transform what they find. My style is intuitive and reflective, but also structured. I believe insight is only valuable when it turns into action. Together, we create a space where change becomes possible through honesty, curiosity, and courage.

Working with people has always been deeply rewarding for me. There’s something extraordinary about witnessing someone rediscover their strength, reconnect with their truth, and begin to live with intention again. That process gives me purpose and reminds me why I do what I do.
